FAQ (General)
Common questions and answers about our servers and services.
- When does the main Rust server wipe?
Main server wipes on Thursdays. Our x2 server wipes on Fridays and Tuesdays. - /store Is Disabled - Why?
The /shop or /store command is disabled for the first 6-8 hours of each server wipe to ensure fair play and allow everyone to establish their foundations on equal terms. - Coins not received?
Check your balance on the Account page, then create a ticket with transaction ID. - Server connection issues?
Verify server IP/port from the Servers page and your game version. - How do I report abusive players?
Use /report in chat including the player nickname or SteamID and a short reason. For evidence (screenshots, logs) submit the support form. - Why do we use Pizzacoin as an in-game pseudo-currency?
We operate as a multi‑regional project. A unified virtual currency (Pizzacoin) simplifies pricing, payment reconciliation, and cross‑region store management without exposing players to fluctuating real‑world exchange rates.

Game Rules
User Agreement
- No cheating, exploiting bugs, or using third‑party automation tools (including scripts, macros, or modified clients).
- No harassment, doxxing, hate speech, slurs, or targeted abuse of other players or staff in chats, voice, or any in‑game communication.
- No real‑money trading, selling, or exchanging in‑game items or currency outside our official payment systems.
- Respect server staff decisions; abusive behaviour towards admins or attempts to impersonate staff are strictly prohibited.
- Attempts to bypass bans, abuse support channels, or manipulate automated systems (e.g. anti‑cheat, economy, matchmaking) are considered exploits.
- Purchased in‑game coins and items are non‑refundable virtual goods; chargeback or payment disputes may result in account restrictions or bans.
We log gameplay and technical data (for example, connection info and anti‑cheat events) to detect cheating, exploits, and abuse. Bans may be issued manually by staff or automatically by our systems, based on this data and rule violations.
Note: any funds, Pizzacoin balances, or purchased virtual goods remaining on accounts that are banned or suspended due to rule violations are not eligible for refund or return. Accounts subject to disciplinary action may forfeit their in‑game balances and items.
Online gameplay is inherently public and interactive. We are not responsible for any reputational harm, offence, or other consequences that may arise from interactions with other players or user‑generated content within the games and services we host. You understand and accept these risks as part of participating in open online environments.

If a player is observed participating in a group with a major violator (for example a cheater, exploiter, or any player gaining a clear unfair advantage), staff may, at their discretion, apply sanctions to the entire group or team, including temporary or permanent bans, to preserve fair play.
You also agree that any legal disputes or claims related to the use of our services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glubokoslav LLC (the game server portal's operating company) is registered, and that such disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

If you are topping up your own account, leave the trade message empty. If you are topping up another account, specify their SteamID in the trade message (see “Top up another account” below).
Important (Counter‑Strike items): Due to Steam’s “CS items trade rollback” feature introduced in June 2025, all trades with Counter‑Strike items are subject to an additional 7‑day hold before we can safely credit your in‑game balance.
